Our Pledge

Everyone likes a deal at an estate sale, but a deal is only a deal if both parties—the buyer and seller—win. It’s too easy when faced with a fifty-year accumulation to liquidate to make a mistake—under price certain items, fail to identify an item correctly, hastily toss an item that looks like junk in the trash or fail to market an item correctly. These mistakes and many more cost sellers money.

In working with us, you can be assured of the following:

  • We do our homework. We know what we’re looking at and how to value even the most obscure item. We know a “sleeper” item when we see it.
  • We’ll maximize the value of your treasures whether that means marketing the item(s) locally, online or through one of the international auction houses.
  • We’ll work closely with you, your attorney, estate executor or other interested party to provide the timely information needed to facilitate the sale of antiques and collectibles.
  • We’re ethical and honest and would rather walk away from an opportunity before we’d misrepresent an item, take advantage of buyer or seller, or otherwise under-serve a client.

We’re honest. We’re ethical. We’re local. We care.

Art deco disaster averted.
